My 2 top picks for 1999: Graham Field(GFI)and Jackpot Enterprises(J).
GFI has experienced growing pains since its massive acquisitions the last couple of years. The growing pains will be growing earnings in 1999. GFI does about $13 a share in revenues, current stock price is $3.
Jackpot(J) has almost $6 a share in cash, and no debt. The balance sheet is most impressive. Bolero wants the company to be sold to the highest bidder; even without a takeover, this stock is undervalued. Current price is 10 3/16.

haven't posted on this thread before but i have read it lately more frequently.. just wondering if anyone here is following JVLN, PVSW, COGIF,MYSW and CTSH.. I've been researching them but there is more in depth aricles I would like to access. For instance beyond technicals, how would I go back investigating market share or how hot their product is, who are their major competitors etc.. Since 'discovering' DRIV, CTSH, MALL and NM, I'm convinced there are some potential hi flyers hiding out there. Also anyone have an opinion on CATP, I think it will beat the 'revised downward' estimates and is headed for a better quarter this year and Q1 for 1999.
