From what I understand, the company still has lots of cash flowing in. They are definetly undervalued. There is no way they would sell a division for less than $5 / share. In light of that, an investment in NOV is low risk right now, and when it corrects, it will probably happen suddenly.

Hey Guys,
This is tax selling season. Good time to buy but may
base for a while. Fill your pockets. Needs to improve
the earnings and questions aroung medicare billings.
