Tim,

It would almost be inconceivable that 4th quarter results will duplicate third quarter results. If they just break even on operating costs I think we will see earnings near $0.20. If they have a stellar quarter with regard to holiday/OEM/MMC sales I think we could have the recipe for a blow out quarter. Don't forget that there is alot of money in deferred revenues which likely represents some clogging in the retail channels, unrecognized licensing fees and (perhaps) OEM sales that had not been shipped. These are just my guesses.

If SNDK could earn $1.00/share in 1999 we are presently looking at a forward PE in the mid-teens and a PEG substantially below 1.0.

I can be criticized for being overly optimistic, but I don't think these expectations are unreasonable.
