The US bankruptcy court involuntarily placed Oilex into Chapter 7 liquidation due to the failure of management, controlled by Mr. Saul Yarmack, to exercise their fiduciary responsibility. Oilex management has not made the appropriate press release at this time, but some sellers are aware of the situation. Act accordingly to your best interest.
