I have been meaning to call the company for more info but also harbor a resentment and keep putting it off.
I have been holding since '96 because I thought they had a good product and Jalbert seemed to be growing the company.
Now I must lose money (my average is 6 1/8).
I'll call on Monday and post what I find out.

Im sure this will go down. Cunningham owns so much he'll get his way.

As for getting a credit in a brokerage account instead of stock, I've
never seen that.

Áll you can hope for is Microdyne's potential will come out in a fresh
management situation and it's shares will rise.
