There is several software companies that allow you to do strategies for past and will give you stocks that go into the parameters you develop. Trade station is a good one. I personally dont use them because I am more of an investor than trader. But one person to PM that could tell you more about it is: Member 1643652 He uses trade station on a regular basis.
