Good Evening Bill, Happy Holidays to you and your family. About todays historic impeachment. I never thought that Bill Clinton was an angel but if we impeached every politician who had an affair we would not have any representation. I think there is an exploitation on the grand jury testimony. This whole proceedure was (imho) out of order and nobody in their right mind would act any different in a similar situation.. What the President did should have been left between he and his wife. Today's action was nothing more than a partisan witch hunt and there be a backlash for this. The country had made it decision for censorship and to go against the will of the American people was a crime far greater then what Mr. Clinton is accused of doing. Our people wanted an end to this circus charade but no that was not good enought. Well we will see what happens at the next election in the year 2000. This whole mess that Clinton got into may be the result of the anger that was created during the first term when Mrs Clinton went on a nation campaign for Health care reform. This pissed me off to no end and much wealth was lost in the financial markets. I had predicted long ago that there was going to be some serious consequences as a result of this. One last thing, I do not see why Mr. Livingston resigned today. That is just as rediculous as was the matter of impeaching Clinton. Should we now get Mr Hyde and Mr Starr to resign for their transgressions?? Where does this all end?? Hold on to you Microsoft and Intel. They will do fine over the years but I am more weighted in Microsoft and believe that they will be more rewarding. I do not normally recommend selling of stocks but I have done so resulting in unecessary losses due to impulse and fear. This is not good and is not the winning formula for achieving sucess. i do not normally sell stocks which I own myself but have done so with margin. Have a great Christmas Frank
