only information i have is from a marketguide report on the old shell dated nov 96 I think. float was 560K sos was 1.5 million

adjust for 3 for 1 forward split.

also heard there is a 504 filing so add $1 million to the SOS, at what price i can't say.

maybe a call to IR would clear that up.

Someone else has suggested the float is 1.5 million and sos 6 or 7
