TO ALL - I am assuming that xams eve which is a half day is last day for this year's trades as that maeks the settlement the following Thursday - 3 days later. Am I correct in assuming that??? Yes, you are. TSE and NYSE close at 1pm EST. Not sure about VSE and ASE. TO ALL - I have a question relating to the type of companies we are following here: Is there a minimum share price requirement in order for a company to do a PP? In other words, is it possible for a company with a share price of 2 cents to finance at that level or would they be forced into a share consolidation (1:15?) in order to meet exchange guidelines?
