I don't think there is much of a mystery. If any of us were in a position to sell our shares for a premium in order to buy shares at a discount with a option attached it would be a no brainer. Not only do we get flow through credits so we don't have to pay capital gains on what we sold we get an option to buy at a later date. This is the main reason the share price of most companies softens prior to a PP. In this case in spite of this selling pressure by the insiders and probably any of the investment houses involved the share price still appreciated. This is a positive thing folks. Nothing sinister here. Just wish they would have asked me if I wanted some free money instead of hogging it all themselves and diluting our positions. I have to believe that some of the results are in on the cores samples and that they have had the Micro count on the 500kg sample for some time. Makes me wonder what the hold up is. Could they be presenting these results to a potential suitor?

I think that this is all a part of the shakeout (Insiders Selling). First off I don't buy the "Waiting for the Lab results" line being offered by Sophie and WSP. Last time I checked the Junior resource market was at a near all time low and many Labs are looking for work to process samples. The cores were late getting into the lab but not many companies have cash to spend in Labs. There's not much exploration work going on in Canada that require Diamond core Lab analysis. This "Waiting for the Lab" BS line is a standard in the Industry. We will either get very Bad news or Very Good News, Place your bets and let it ride. My personal opinion is that Randy and Co. are shopping the results around the globe. BHP, DeBeers, Franco-Nevada, SUF have all been rumored to be interested in this project. We as shareholders are Six to ten Months down the info Chain. What's taking the PP list being released? It cleared all the provinces. In the last eight months, There have been out of the Blue an above avg. day in Vol. That day you see interest out of a House Buying (Midland, Golden Capital, Scotia, Global, CIBC etc.) that has had no interest in WSP in the last few years. Something is Up and it smells of Money. fIXER
