TODAY: Geez, I take a day or two off from trading to spend with the wife and what does the market do.....takes off like a rocket. I think we are due for SOME Santa Claus rally. The nets seem to be the hot topic again and I don't see why it shouldn't continue. Noting especially the good moves in ONSL and CMGI. NAVR hasn't participated much but it certainly would be on my list to watch very closely. Only for the patient however as the only thing that will really move this issue is the NetRadio IPO. But this issue has the Psychological backing of many net investors. It is still fresh in the minds of us traders and WILL benefit sooner than later....it always happens. Until then, I think there are some nice trades in it. My favorite big 3 for the past couple of months are doing very well and should continue to do so. CPQ, C, CMB - All going very strong. CPQ is showing NO signs of weakness and I see no reason why this should stop until the mid-50s. Would not be surprised to see it in the low 60s. TJ

RUMOR Update: I am working three rumors right now and trying to firm them all up before mentioning any here. ASCT - Still have not heard from the source but no worries yet. Tis the holiday season and I see that he has not posted since the day I left my last message. I am hoping for a bit more weakness in ASCT so I could pick up a bit more here. Remember that this is a very low float stock and all that has to happen is for that rumor to spark again before it takes off, even if the rumor doesn't pan out....many are still following it. Two other rumors - One looks very good and I am trying to firm it up. The other is a bit more vague but from a reliable secondary source. I am watching both closely ...... still have time on both. Baby Update: No baby! Laying very low this week and trying to accomplish a few other items, probably won't be watching the markets much this week .... we will see. I am gathering stocks for the Specialist program and am excited about kicking it off. I think it will be great content for the thread and will result is prosperous trading and investing for all. Remember that when we do kick it off, to be objective and just deliver the information. Don't put yourself in the seat of making a recommendations....that is not what we are trying to do here. We are trying to deliver information that is crucial to making solid picks and identifying such things as trading ranges and issues to watch. Keep up the great work all. TJ
