Were do you get off saying the company provides the specifics on what the shares were issued for . That does not happen. Unless you call someone posting what the company said to someone on the phone. Let them put it in their public announcements so they are accountable for their statements. The way the information gets to the S.I. thread is by one of the so called DD getters who post hearsay not proof. Talk about hearsay ( 10,000,000 share buy ) weres the proof on that load of crap. HO HO HO

From what I heard in the past.... Management was involved in another resource stock (CUMO) in the past and was accused of some of the same actions I have read from posters here as of late as to driving the compnay into the ground (no pun intended so to speak) possibly through the issueing of paper, etc. To me, the information provided here the past few months from the likes of Vince, Kevin, Mike, Chief etc...sounds plausible yet difficult to comprehend all of a sudden due to the eroding share price. If MDIN was sincerely interested in their shareholders, it would be very prudent for Ralph (who has an SI account) or Les to address these concerns via some medium (hopefully SI). With all the rumours circulating here, its difficult for a layperson like myself to figure out anything including who the good guys are and who the bad guys are. Jane...venting alittle
