Heck, even Doris Kearns Goodwin, hagiographer to LBJ concedes that the Dems now have NOTHING, no real argument. They can only pound the table.

Goodwin says that the Republicans now have both the rule of law and the matter of honor on their side. The Republicans have all the high ground.

Who continues to support Clinton? I am not supporting Clinton. I am supporting our Constitution and it's basic and important separation of powers construction.

What Clinton did is not impeachable. You might hate what he did, but that's NOT the important issue.

Is it hypocrisy to want to stop impeachment from being a political weapon? Think about the future. Think about if the roles were reversed in 2000 or 2004 or 2008. If this impeachment goes thru, a President will not be able to fart in the White House without drawing impeachment charges.

If Clinton committed perjury, a felony, as you so charge, then the proper recourse is to try him in a criminal course AFTER he leaves office, not to tear up and throw away the Constitutional protection guaranteeing separation of powers.
