ROD,FLYINTIGRESS,MALCOLM,AND DARYN, Just got in from XMAS Shopping.Boy do I hate when my wife comes along.What started out as 11 presents turned out to be 26.I didn't think we had that many friends and relatives ROD======I am still skeptical about that last press release. It doesn't seem logical that Jurick would settle for so little I feel that another press release will come soon to explain.I also think that the response came too soon. FLYINTIGRESS=====Dream on young lady,and maybe my next post will say that Emerson is closing a deal at 4 dollars and you can dream that the real figure was 6 dollars and your dream comes true. Thanks for the comment about Due Diligence, To me that is the most important part of investing when one has money that they are putting into the market MALCOLM========I'm sorry to say that I know very little about fishing,since I'm from the land of deep cement instead of deep water.Maybe when Emerson is a done deal I'll take a trip to Mississippi for some fishing lessons. As for Daewoo,they are in the middle of a deal with Samsung to swap their electronics business for Samsungs Auto Business, so I feel it is safe to rule them out. Matsushita would be the more likely candidate for a takeover,if that be the case. I'm trying to find out a little more about Oaktree.I hear they do buy undervalued companies to bring them back to life as opposed to buying into and then selling off what they buy after gaining their investments some recognition. At this point it seems whatever happens should come out on the bright side for shareholders Good Luck and happy holidays to all and your families. P.S.
