Mr Vampire, As a short, surely you have some more deadly venom in your fangs than that! Why in the world would anyone (except shorts) cry about a stock being manipulated upwards? As shorts are generally outnumbered by longs by about 10 to 1 on the retail end of the market (there is only room for a limited number of vultures on the Savanah), I wouldn't expect to hear anyone calling foul when its in the vast majorities favor. A small minority of shorts generally use fear, innuendo, and many times outright lies to hurt the longs and help themselves short term. Momentum Traders generally use greed, innuendo, and many times outright lies to help themselves and longs short term. Longs use facts statistics and underlying fundamental data to either openly support their position and educate others; or, to leave when the lack of fundamentals dictate. Shorters as a general rule are usually a lot more sophisticated than the general investing/trading public. I am surprised you haven't shown a little more sophistication in your postings!
