Joe Med,

I am right with you on that thought about outright selling Cyberfax. Here is a note a close friend of mine received from DCI IR as we wanted to clear up what was meant by "dispose of cyberfax" as stated on the webpage FAQ:

"we are looking to either spin off or dispose of CyberFax. When we said the word "dispose of" we did not mean that in a negative sense, we meant the we could "sell" that company. I hope that clears things up for you."

There are so many wonderful things going on all at once here, I am almost in favor in letting the goalposts move even more on the selling of DCI as with each qtr, I think DCI's total value will increase significantly.

Also, just to make a guess, I think the current QP is related to listing on AMEX. Since it appears we owe AMEX some paper work, I am prepared for another somewhat lengthy QP. The thought against it being related to AMEX listing is that the news release specifically says "increase shareholder value" and listing on AMEX will INDIRECTLY increase value so who knows. As mentioned before, all QPs have lead to the goodest things. P & P right Grupo!
