Does anyone know what will happen to shareholders stock during the liquidation process? Assuming the shareholder equity is $30 mill give or take, after the goodwill writedown, etc. Once Lava is liquidated, the shareholders may be left with around $10 mill or so, this would be around 45 cents a share (based on 23 mill shares out). Does this make sense or we going to be left out in the cold with worthless paper! It doesn't look like Lava will be trading again, unless some company buys the assets and re lists the stock. Are there any other possibilities? How long will we have to wait to find out what will happen? Lots of questions, but there are no answers from anyone, especially Lava head office.
