Hi Don. As you know we do not always see eye-to-eye but here it appears that we have the same exact focus as of the moment. Everything you said in your post 9053 is right in line with how I personally feel. As you mentioned Ebay not as a comparison to FNTN but rather the concept of just what can happen to a stock in a few short months after it gets noticed, the table below shows what has happened since September of 1996. ...Date ---- Price ---- Volume 9/10/96 ---- 14.250 ---- 4,200 9/09/96 ---- 14.625 ---- 12,000 9/06/96 ---- 14.750 ---- 3,700 And on Friday it closed at $252.25 because it was discovered! Someday someone is going to spot FNTN and see what it has to offer and understand just how great it's potential really is and the way it will go with no looking back. Many of my current stock (most are winners) don't have anything like the current structure of FNTN. Yes I have a lot of hope, dreams, expectations and faith that our FNTN may be one of the biggest winners I have ever had. I also realize that there are still a lot of risks but am will to take them. So I will continue to sit back and wait for what I think is the inevitable for FNTN, that it really will be one of my great champions. Best regards, Bill Fortune III

Don....indeed batting a thousand.....I have just spent a little time reviewing many posts and trying mentally to see where we have come from in the past year and trying to vision and see what leaps we might can expect in the next year. It is really hard to imagine how fast a small company can grow...with just a few highly competent, credible, and dedicated individuals. Here is a summary I put up a while ago of where we have been in a year (with a few additions now) "A year ago, there was not a functioning intranet, there WAS an old and out of date web site(not the current site which is pretty sharp), there were almost no customers, the office headquarters was in a different location, there were 6 employees (now 8 BTW.....who are the other 2 now...hmmm) might make for an interesting research project. A year ago the stock price as I bought was also .15 YEAR over YEAR we are looking pretty good........IMPATIENCE is the PROBLEM here. etc. etc. What is important here is perspective....if you are looking for a company to put out fluff releases about nothing each week and spend all their time talking about where they are going to go....you are in the wrong company. It is currently (although not for much longer) a non-reporting company It is currently preparing to release financials which the company has said will be out by the 21rst. Let's give them a break and see if they produce on time or not." Now we add to that the new Board of Director additions, a hiring of a top notch CFO and a cutting edge tech pioneer to oversee tech development (BTW I am expecting this to translate into a much more dynamic and improved web site among other things sometime in the near future. Spar has all these capabilities and more.) Also throw in streaming video of top notch quality (even though there are only two 'bits' on the web page now. Throw in financials audited, forms filed for beginnings to become a reporting company, and a shareholders meeting to boot. Throw in some wildcards......they WILL be shown as a 'multimedia showcase' with Siemens as they begin touring sometime soon ...(what will this do to visibility).....they have some customers ...we don't know any specs about that but even ANY confirms the usefulness and uniqueness of this tech in it's early stages..... Throw in the wild card that managment all seems to have a proven record and Alan Spar and Alan Ross could easily have gone other places to work but chose (read that again....chose FNTN to invest their time and talents).... One last wildcard....tech wiz has said it, don roberson has said it, radim has said it, and bill has said it........over and over again........in fact many of us have been lulled to sleep hearing it.....the market is hungry to find companies 'like FNTN' that have enormous potential.... Friends.....even if the 'market' places a half billion valuation some day on FNTN ......in other words it gets discovered.....(and I could easily see it being higher) that's a 25 dollar share price. Scoff at me that's OK.....(I'm scoffing at myself after just writing that. I have rambled too long....but there is a lot to at least consider. Good night to all, jpbp

Heyy Don, Forget the therapy and expand your expectations out further beyond " a wee bit longer". I agree with BigB that nothing huge will come out of the meeting, that said I do not think that attending will be a futile experience. While Michael & Maura are dynamic individuals their PREVIOUS expertice was not technology, I highlight previous for obvious reasons, in the past year perhaps exponentially during the last 6 months their knowledge has grown. This has allowed them to reach out and attract a very interesting menagerie of additional minds. Again, at the risk of being redundant, lololo,,, I think that we will get the first glimpses of the NEW DIRECTION FNTN will be taking. As it has been discussed we may see the bowing out of former principals. As Ken Keasy and those very festive Merry Pranksters say "your either on the bus or you aren't". The bus has wheels on now, lets listen carefully for the itinerary. AMBTS,, B P.S. Does anyone have directions to Shareholders meeting???? Would come in handy so I can get there, lolololo,,,,,,,,,
