He keeps coming back because he is a short or a psychopathic personality. As far as his vacation, it probably amounts to no more than the renting of a video of the Cayman Islands and watching it from the comfort of the biosphere in which he resides. Again, as I've stated many times, if you keep feeding "Seymour", he will require more. Ignore him, he's probably used to talking to himself. Also, contrary to his repeated statements of no interest in PINC, I submit it is his ONLY interest.
