Meanwhile, Saddam is said to have celebrated the passage of Articles I and III of impeachment...

Maybe he will rebuke his Republican Guard and tell them it's high time that they became at least half as rabid and frenzied as the Republicans!

Duh? Where do you see any reference to Saddam? Was he in the Sudan? Afghanistan? Is Monica an alias for Saddam?
