Channel Disk Drives for ASC Server Line Cost of Disk
Drive Storage Reduced 44 Percent

BURBANK, CALIFORNIA--Leitch Technology Corporation -a leading provider of digital

that it has dramatically reduced the cost of storage for its VR300™ broadcast video server with the
introduction of 18 GB Fibre Channel disk drives.

Leitch's new FCR-301 disk arrays hold ten 18 GB Fibre Channel disk drives, doubling the arrays'
previous storage capacity and giving customers greater value. ASC VR300 servers with 18 GB
drives are now available for purchase.
