So right. These are not facts, but accusations. They would melt under cross. Starr is the ONE who really has harrassed women.

Total BS. The "fact" witnesses, Betty Currie, Vernon Jordan, Monica Lewinsky, Linda Tripp, et al are the people whose sworn testimony implicates the president in the referral. The referral lists perjury, suborning of perjury, witness tampering and abuse of power and any and all of the sworn witnesses whose testimony was used draw the conclusions in the referral would be considered "fact" witnesses.. The Republicans practically pleaded with the Dems to bring before the committee any of those witnesses that could exculpate the president. They declined. 'Nuff said. bp
