I got news for you! Rule of law? What law? Lies and guns rule in many parts of this planet ... as I say, the overlay fabric of law is badly torn in many places to accomodate those in power. I particularly appreciate the law that we have, even though it has faults, and I would much prefer to see oaths to tell the truth mean just that no matter your rank or station in life.
