Business Week came out Friday morning. The stock was up for the day.
Guess any bad news was absorbed. A stock with a very thin float is risky to short.

In looking over the historical short position on IFLY it appears that the latest numbers indicate the smallest short ratio in the last six months. nasdaq.com

I would expect some shorting exists to hedge large positions and some other short positions betting that IFLY will be delayed in coming out with the web site.

In any event, the stock has not been given Internet valuations by the market and therefore downside risk is relatively small. Shorting a small floater with reasonable valuations with anticipated news is indeed a risky position as Jon pointed out.
