I haven't followed this case. I don't doubt there is good reason to distrust the players. Nothing to brag about though. I suspect some business circles are nothing but a band of thieves. Others are more honorable. I, like pb, remember when a handshake was respected as enough. I strongly advise written contracting for the sake of clarity in communication, and because people aren't always what they seem. Liars never are.
