All, I was able to talk to Joe for a few brief minutes late yesterday and asked specifically about the margin numbers. I was told that the numbers will be between 25% to 31% on traffic carried by us for us and using only IXC's lines. That means that all pre-paid's will have these GM's because the customer is calling into DCI switches and going across IXC's lines. Any and all LD traffic being carried from our customers through our system will also have the higher rates. The lower rates, the products that do not get the increase, would be for time that DCI re-sells to fill up capacity on it's existing network. There may be some other points that are out there but that was all he had time for. Any way you cut it the news is tremendous. LONG AND STRONG!!! GO DCTC!!!! Bruce Happy Holidays to All!!!!!
