Valid point. But, you all must not have been following his actual calls. He is a momentum trader-- a daytrader. What does he do that is so unethical? He buys right when he puts out the Alerts-- I see them on the Time and Sales in real time. What is the point of picking on him? There are more worthy people to pursue on SI-- like investment letter writers using aliases and not disclosing they got paid with shares. Or the front-running Big Dog types. Or the insiders and 504 investors who fraud people here. TM just makes Momo calls-- or he hears rumors via the Net or Street. If people do not have realtime, and L2 they are idiots to try and trade his calls. Again- I see nothing at all wrong with what he does. He is up front and honest about. He has checked out his status with legal counsel. I just do not get it....
