Dear Mssrs. Cube and phillipah,

Could you please send your rude comments to Mr. Vanderlee by private message? They have no value to the board as a whole, so we won't miss them, and they will still get to your intended target. Unless, that is, your intent is to further talk this stock down, in which case it would be more ethical to state that up front.
