Nope and I said that. I am sure that he is not representing his constituency because even he said he was only doing what he felt was right. I dont want a representative that doesnt represent his constituency.

He did apparently make some kind of statement that the WH was going to be "out to get him" because it was on one of the political shows on CNN last night - someone saw it, I did not.

Mr Campbells problems are not the WH, his problem is the people here did not want him to vote as he did and that is why there are petitions at Safeway. What a sleazy thing to do blame the WH for your own problems because you didnt have the courage to stand up to your own party leadership. I hope he crashes and burns (I doubt he will though) but the new internet money in politics (led by Andreesen) doesnt like Campbell at all.

Chris Matthews on hardball just verified what I heard last night at that anti-Campbell meeting. Moderate republicans were shown documents that were not in the Starr report, and this swayed some of them. I believe the information I got in that meeting was correct.

Im sure more dirt will come out on Campbell - Ill keep y'all posted, because as a concerned citizen I think we need to know everything about this man.
