Nihil, CSCO has demonstrated exceptional ability of assimilating start-ups and their cutting edge technologies. But swallowing up a dinosaur is an entirely different story. That's why John Chambers has tried at all costs to avoid mega mergers like what happened to BAY and COMS--a temporary paralysis at the very least. And I disagree with the view that CSCO is neither soft nor hard, I happen to think they are both, having the powerful IOS and widest range of networking hardwares on top of an ever expanding installed base. Nice part about internet discussions is that there is no need to agree, and I am a fan of all your posts. Ibexx
