I think my comments about our own little mutual fund of telco co's is becoming more apparent. TM strength is in vision and developing value. Keep it where it fits spin it off where it creates redundancy or doesn't fit with future strategic planning. I think that Lutz and TM could make a great team if we can keep from being swallowed whole by a bigger fish. Nice thing is we go forward with a lot of free cash and a tailored product line with some goodies for sale to others along the way.

Ian,

<The operation upgraded 81 switches - involving some 14,000 circuits - and changed or "swapped" 900 line cards. >

I wonder what quarter NN would have recognized that revenue. 900 line cards, at about $ 30k a pop (conseratively low) and the services revenue of installing the cards to 81 switches would be significant.

If it was recognized last quarter, I'd worry that this revenue was a one time thing. Any thoughts ?
