It's interesting about Clinton's speech after the bombing.
Clinton's made quite a few mistakes in policy according to Schwarzkopf. He's committed to a larger permanent force in the Mideast without consulting the regional governments. He also didn't secure the resumption of UNSCOM inspection to be approved by the UN Security Council since he didn't seek their approval for this attack. He also kept the sanctions on. But the precondition for lifting the sanctions is successful inspections by UNSCOM and IAEA. The other members of the UN Security Council may vote to lift the sanctions.

Looks like Clinton has a lot of work to do to go back and do the pre-bombing diplomatic work that he didn't do.
