Jim,my nephew is in charge of R&D for a Hi-Tech company, and pretty savy---he personally thinks Y2k will be problematic, but not catastrophic---but he has advised me he is all cash by august,no if ands or buts---for one he thinks the media blitz alone will cause a big sell off-----Good Luck,Max

Jim, the Amigos Yeehhhaawww Fund is offering protection against any possible market volatility due to Y2k Fever. This fever is a market strain of other irrational fears that tend to create volatility.

We'll be offering our prospectus to interested investors sometime in the Spring along with a free TA class and a set of steak knives for all investors.

The above is not an offer to purchase which can not be made without the prospectus detailing the advantages and risks of maintaining a position in the Amigo Yeehhhaaawww Fund and does not guarantee the material suggested in the TA class will be beneficial. The steak knife offer is limited to citizens of Iowa enjoying tenderloin
sandwiches.

Hope you've enjoyed my effort at humor.
