Thanks for the 10Q reference. I checked them out, and I also noticed that there are around 24 million shares of stock options outstanding on Yahoo!. This is 25% of the number of shares issued. So Yahoo! reports that it has 98 million shares outstanding, but there will be 122 million shares outstanding once all of those stock options are exercised. This is a difference of $5,000,000,000 in market cap. I'm not sure what the exercise prices are for those shares, but that's a pretty amazing number in any case.
