I ve managed it also once, in Brazil, see post 7777 in Telebras & Brazil thread - buying telebras at 51, never forget that day. But it's also no secret that I reduced since. Buying troughs and dips is ok, if you find one but now the situation has changed. And one day is payday, and then revenues and the bottom line must be on the table (December = July, January 99 = August 98?). And what we've seen in the Dow stocks recently was something else than convincing...., sure the techs ran in full steam, therefore the divergence. That's why I tend to short some issues which are ahead of themselves. 2nd tier internuts are such candidates. C.
