Trev,
Not often do I read a post that I could neither argue nor add to.

Loosen up, Trev. I didn't ask you for a rundown on my state of mind and my level of happiness, and I didn't ask you for trading advice. Stick that "SELL if you don't like it" crap in yer ear. I ain't bought this one yet.

I got the answer I was looking for, which is that you and the others DON'T KNOW whether these guys took their sales proceeds and poured them back into the company, or into their own bank accounts. Maybe a share and a warrant for 2 bucks is a no-brainer to you guys, but to me it ain't. These guys don't have to get their shares and warrants on the open market like we do. They've got cheaper shares already, and they can take this stock back down to a buck if they want, cone sheet or not.

I'm not trying to bash Winspear. Just asking questions and evaluating the QUALITY of the information I come across, two activities I place a premium on.
