Zeev: The language of the PR could have been more clear. The full sentence you quoted an excerpt from says: "Valence will also issue to the investor a warrant to purchase the same number of shares of its common stock at the same exercise price as it would have had the second portion of the preferred stock financing been completed as previously contemplated." I read the "as it would have had the second portion of the preferred stock financing been completed as previously contemplated" to mean that nothing has changed regarding the warrant (i.e. a fixed exercise price). At any rate, we will find out for sure whenever they issue an new S-3.
