Thanks to all who responded. I love this thread. I do think the copyright issue is a valid one, and I assure you I have no desire to be sued by Jerry Favors. But I think many, many people have signed on with Favors as a result of my posts. But this is irrelevant to the issue of infringement. I do think that posting his analysis without any remuneration is fair use. But I respect the right of others to disagree. If Favors wrote to me and asked me to stop, I would. Of course, I would take the opportunity to write back and ask him why he was on the sidelines for 2000 points!
