I don't know if this will work (some sites require that you do the search yourself) - but here it is:

You may also need to have Acrobat Reader loaded on your computer, but I'm not sure if that is required to open up the report.

In any case Greg has offered a simpler solution by taking you to:

And no search is required as Napier's SEDAR posts are listed.
