They could be buying back as we speak.>> I don't believe that any Mutual Fund, nor any other institutional investor, has been buying Dell in the past several weeks. The daily trading volume has been way below the daily average for the stock. The money flow has not been into Dell for sometime. Check the daily volume for the past 6 to 8 weeks and you'll see what I mean.

I am looking at IBD Dec. 11, their lists of the top 130 stocks being purchased by funds. There are 77 funds buying DELL for a total of $1065 million. Easily in the top 5 of the 130 for fund purchasing
