My calculations were similar at $.72 per share, but Kaiser has it at $.68 per share. He is possibly using fully-dilluted share #'s.

I have my suspicions about the 100,000 shares offered. I know I ain't touching it...buying on weakness only. ;>)

From the conversations I have had with a few people who know the history of this company, the low stock price is because of the management style in this co. The President has a reputation of doing smart deals, although maybe a bit slower than some would like. (including me -- only slightly over 40, just starting to turn grey) The investor relations guy (Jim Graham) has a Corporate Development tone in the conversations I have had with him. I call him ever week, sometimes twice/wk. Every time, even this past Thursday, he is professional in his responses to questions. No indication of news pending, etc. Not typical of the "junior rah, rah, style", so common in the pennies.

BTW, I have noticed the insiders position of record is relatively low. Wonder if.....

For me, just watching for any future M&A activity.....

cheers.
