Hi Al - gremlins in your system? Do you have at least Acrobat Reader 3.0, or an old version? This is most likely redundant, but this is all that I did to open up the report from: sedar.com Put the cursor on the ‘Annual Report - English' link and right click the mouse button, then select ‘Open in New Window'. A new window will open up, the report will load, and once loaded, voila, there it is! As you can't open it directly - then what, if any, error messages are you getting? From Brad's statement to shareholders, p.7: "New Opportunities As we near our printing deadline for this report Napier has made yet another bold move forward, securing a controlling interest and marketing rights of an extraordinary technology through Consolidated Ecoprogress Technology Inc. (CES.V). This company is headed by a seasoned international marketing group of individuals and poised for dramatic growth." (with 3 more short paragraphs) David.
