This reminds me (for some reason) to ask: Is anyone using the stock weasel optional software?

Great news!

While I cannot extend much consideration to the details of your statement:

When you hear rumors about twenty five million dollars? that Paine Webber is looking to cough up to get into Archipelago...

I submit to you that the concept is very sensible and the outcome could be of great consequence to any trader with access to the ARCA ECN.

It is public knowledge that many brokers are rushing toward ECN's.

ECN adoption by many players is unavoidable. Concurrently, it stands to reason that some business may be brought directly to ARCA as it has a proven track record and reputation, your recent dalliances not withstanding.

Imagine the increased liquidity and trading opportunities if Terra Nova wins the business of some major players.

WOW I got my fingers crossed, what a great gift that would be!

Gawd, I hope there is a shred of truth to your assertion, twisted intent laid aside.
