Chris, the fact that the US choose to bomb on the eve of the Arabic "Christmas" justified to inform the world and more important the Arab world that the campaign was limited in purpose and would stop after achieving it's goals within 70 hours.

By not doing so the US spurned more unneeded hatred from many quarters in ME, Asia and home.

Then people will wonder again why strange people bomb an US embassy or an US commercial center just for killing. It is about time to learn the rules of Islam, take them into account and not operate in a vaccum.

Well the seeds were planted for more violence by a bombing campaign without adequate political preparation which is perceived in most of the world as Iraq being the scapegoat for US internal political problems.

Just read overseas newspapers, or the Duma decision and the list goes on.

After writing all this would like to reiterate that I would be more then happy to put an end to Saddam, Assad,Kadafi and/or Mubarak etc. rule but I feel that the ways of doing so are very wrong.

Your "LOL" made me understand how little understandign some people have about other people.

If one drinks Coka Cola, likes Hollywood Movies or Seinfeld, or Madona songs it does not make him/her to think as an American and will not stop him/her to rise against US policies which he/she thinks are against their own people or religion and beliefs.

LOL - have to agree that LOL in this case rises to a rather high level of insensitivity. The pretexts for the raids were for the most part a well rehearsed tissue of lies, and the raids themselves flout international law and the rights of sovereign nations. E
