The Democrats have moderated their approach. They plan to gradually nationalize the health care industry as stated by Hillary in 1996. To that end, more and more cost shifting is directed at private payors thus making insurance less and less affordable.

Oh, you are talking about the health care initiative. I see you were not really familiar with the proposal. You can't just lump all heath care together and say that represents what that initiative was about. It was an honest effort which was rejected. That was about the time that the Radicals poisoned the political climate with extreme rhetoric but they lambasted every other proposal too.
