Kurt F., you are not alone in your assessment. Careful perusal of the "Second Certification" once again reveals a few well-chosen words that cover their butts......key things are left to the next certification. IMHO, the fact they even suggest that "over unity" is possible (by saying it can't be disproven yet or words to that effect) is a key yardstick to use to measure their veracity. I'm a physicist and have consulted other physicists and my opinion is quite firm.

If AquaFuel was what they claimed it to be, they should be in line for Nobel Prizes, featured in every science journal, and the stock should be skyrocketing.

None of those seem to be happening.

Interestingly, they have the BORS oil bailer that, though unpatented (because I think it's tough to patent something that sounds like a microprocessor-controlled, bucket on a rope), sounds very practical.

So their bag of goodies may have a pearl or two.......but not the equivalent of room temperature fusion, IMHO.

While the description of the AquaFuel process may not be satisfactory to some physicists, one should remember that Dr. Santilli is a well known and respected physicist, although perhaps somewhat unconventional. Einstein was unconventional as well.

However, the test results from Briggs and Stratton and I believe from NASA speak for themselves. IMO, it is pretty far fetched to think that such results have been falsified.

One might also remember that the CEO of TOUP was CEO of a major NYSE company for a number of years. Another reason why this is very unlikely to be a scam.

Those who listened to the recent conference call are aware that TOUP has been negotiating with the Dominican Republic to provide a significant portion of their electrical needs with Aquafuel.

As far as I am concerned, there is little question that AquaFuel is a real product with exceptional non-polluting qualities.

The only question in my mind is if TOUP can produce it economically enough to make money on it.

I suspect the company will answer that question for us very soon.

Kurt, I'd also encourage you to run The AquaFuel story past some of your professional associates. "Over Unity" is right up there with room temperature fusion......the implication being, for example, that the following scenario is realizable (assuming "over unity" can be achieved):

- start a stationary, future generation, "over unity" AF generator
- combust some of the AF produced to power an electrical generator to continue the plasma/arc in the fluid between the carbon electrodes (meanwhile disconnect from external power)
- collect the unused AF in a tank.....drain and use for other purposes
- make it big, let it run forever...generating FREE AF!

Now THAT'S a better mousetrap. If my simplistic example is flawed, I invite the experts at TOUP to post a counter-argument here.

I can neither vouch for nor contradict the composition tests showing that AF is a new form of matter......Magnecules (TM) I believe they're called. Troll that past your technical experts too. If it's true, it's Nobel material too and deserves far more attention than cloning or other things that have come out recently and captured investors' attention.

All of this is just my humble opinion. As Andy says, AF is a real fuel and it's low polluting. What it really is and TOUP's ability to produce it economically, even as a waste product of another service, are still major questions in my mind. Certification 2 tells verbally and graphically what AF is. I've submitted the URL for Certification 2 to others for review. I intend to post any substantive comments I receive here.

Best wishes,
H.W.
