Hello all

If I may, there has in the last several weeks, been two things which I haven't been able to find logical reasons too. Hopefully someone can help me out.

1. Why hold a shareholders meeting in the first place?" when you don't have too." The only reason ,not thinking they at FNTN have a death wish, would be to start showing them self to the world as a future company to deals with.

2. Why ask or even share the information about increasing the number of shares? As has been pointed out they are incorporated in Nev. Unless they are planning something Big , to give us investor a reason to except a momentary loss of capital.

I firmly feel that there are very few people, that will stick around much longer it this meeting is only a dog and pony show. And FNTN knows this. we as investors by nature are a fickel bunch.

Also I've wondered how many times do managers of to days company's , wish for the good old days with out the internet and E-mail ?

One more question Why is Norway and Florida so far apart?

Take care all
And a Happy new year
Ofcourse good luck for us all on Monday
Douglas

De Peepster,

<You bring up an interesting phenom about BB companies. Stockholders can and do bring items to the
table for consideration more often then most realize. When the vision and direction of a Company is
defined the sky is the limit as to what Shareholders can provide and offer. >

It's amazing how the internet has brought all of us together and allows us to work for the common good of something we believe in.

Best of luck........Norms
