I appreciate your "investigations" as much as Joe's "alerts". I just think your argument is hair splitting (and a little hypocritical). If Joe's service is illegal. Than why are'nt every analyst/broker's picks illegal as well? I thought the whole point of the market was to predict where the herd will go. If your good enough - the herd follows you.
