On a related matter, can anyone explain what the back-end figures are, and comment on the fact that they showed no improvement, or actually declined last month? I'm out of my depth with this stuff, but curious after reading something on this. The suggestion is that the book-to-bill numbers were not nearly as good as some would have you think.

Also, does a P/E of 75 concern anyone? And there's Friday's gap to fill, too. AMAT was hit hard by concerns about the Asian troubles, too. Have those disappeared? And what if MU's earnings (to be released this week) are disappointing? Would AMAT tank?
