Tony, I agree. I can't see Jurick hopping on the first offer. Oaktree has just put the stock "into play". I am sure they lowballed the offer too. They have to know that just any offer will bring attention to the company. There are lots of analysts out there sniffing around for deals like this. An offer that has to made public will bring them out of the woodwork. Jurick has to know that the turnaround has occurred and he would be foolish to accept fifty cents. I think he is sharp enough to know to use the publicity to get maximum value. We will just have to wait and see. I sure hope he hasn't accepted that offer, though. Rod.
